Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: October 5, 2026 · Last Updated: October 5, 2026

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules and behavioral guidelines governing the use of artificial intelligence services, proxy gateways (llm.ainovation.top), APIs, Single Sign-On (auth.ainovation.top), and multi-agent platforms provided by AInovation PH ("AInovation", "we", "our").

This policy applies to all users, developers, automated clients, and third-party integrations accessing our computing network. Compliance with this policy is mandatory.

2. Permitted Uses

Our infrastructure is designed for high-impact innovation, enterprise automation, and secure AI systems engineering. Permitted uses include:

  • Developing and testing enterprise AI applications, agent workflows, and software solutions.
  • Routing inference queries through our proxy for rate limiting, token optimization, and failover buffering.
  • Conducting legitimate academic, technical, or commercial research into machine learning systems.
  • Managing authenticated user access using authorized Google OAuth Single Sign-On credentials.

3. Strictly Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use our platform, gateways, or AI models to:

A. Security Violations & System Abuse

  • Infrastructure Exploitation: Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, networks, Docker containers, or internal host ports without prior written authorization.
  • Denial of Service (DoS): Flood endpoints, bypass token rate limiters, or intentionally generate traffic patterns designed to degrade system availability.
  • Credential Hijacking: Exploit or manipulate OAuth authentication flows, forge authorization tokens, or impersonate other users.

B. Malicious & Harmful Content

  • Malware & Cyberattacks: Generate, test, or distribute malicious code, ransomware, automated exploitation payloads, phishing scripts, or credential-harvesting assets.
  • Illegal & Harmful Operations: Facilitate illegal acts, non-consensual exploitation, self-harm instructions, hate speech, or harassment.
  • Disinformation: Generate automated synthetic campaigns designed to deceive or defraud individuals or organizations.

C. Model & Policy Bypasses

  • Adversarial Jailbreaking: Deploy prompt-injection vectors designed to disable model safety guardrails or extract confidential system instructions.
  • Violation of Upstream Terms: Use our proxies to violate the terms of service of upstream model providers (Google Gemini API, OpenAI, NVIDIA NIM).

4. Fair Usage, Rate Limits & Token Quotas

To maintain service quality for all authorized users, AInovation enforces automatic rate limiting (Requests Per Minute, Tokens Per Minute) and concurrent connection limits. Attempting to circumvent these limits via distributed botnets, multiple duplicate accounts, or proxy cycling is a direct violation of this policy.

5. Enforcement & Investigation

We actively monitor system telemetry, error rates, and security sentinel alerts. If we detect or reasonably suspect a violation of this AUP, AInovation PH reserves the right to immediately and without prior notice:

  • Throttle, rate-limit, or temporarily suspend access to affected API keys or accounts.
  • Revoke OAuth authorization sessions and virtual proxy keys.
  • Permanently terminate offending accounts.
  • Report severe illegal activities or cyberattacks to law enforcement authorities.

6. Reporting Violations

If you discover or suspect any security vulnerability, system abuse, or violation of this policy, please report it immediately to our security response team:

Response SLA: Within 24 hours for critical security reports.
