1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and AInovation PH ("AInovation", "we", "us", or "our"), directed by Calixto Ong II. By accessing or using our website (ainovation.top), AI Gateways (llm.ainovation.top), Single Sign-On services (auth.ainovation.top), developer APIs, or autonomous multi-agent software (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using our Services.

2. Description of Services

AInovation PH provides an enterprise-grade artificial intelligence computing platform, including:

  • AI Gateway & Model Routing: High-efficiency OpenAI-compatible model proxy and routing infrastructure (LiteLLM / OmniRoute) for token management, caching, and rate limiting.
  • Identity & Access Management: Google OAuth Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication and role-based permissions.
  • Autonomous AI Workforce: Specialized multi-agent workflows, code synthesis engines, neural audio-visual runtimes, and architectural consulting.

3. User Accounts & Google Authentication

To access certain features, including administrative proxies or private model endpoints, you must authenticate using your Google account via Google OAuth 2.0.

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete account information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session credentials and virtual API keys generated within the platform.
  • You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct

Your access to the Services is contingent upon compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to:

  • Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security controls, rate limiters, or token budgets on our gateways.
  • Submit adversarial prompts, jailbreaks, or attacks designed to bypass safety boundaries or compromise underlying models.
  • Use the Services to generate unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content, including malware or phishing material.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to private infrastructure, host ports, or internal database nodes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including all proprietary software, architectures, visual novel engines, audio synthesis pipelines, trademarks, and design systems, remain the exclusive property of AInovation PH and its licensors.

As between you and AInovation PH, you retain ownership of any prompts, code, or data you submit to our AI gateways. Output generated by AI models is subject to the licensing and terms of the specific foundation model utilized.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive for maximum uptime and reliability across our 3-node distributed mesh. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time to perform maintenance or security updates.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AINOVATION PH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS GENERATED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MODELS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FREE OF ERRORS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AINOVATION PH, ITS FOUNDER, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Manila, Philippines.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Effective Date". Continued use of the Services following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
